Renovations to Family HealthCare Network’s Health Center in Porterville, located at 1107 W. Poplar Ave., started on February 17. The project will be completed in three phases, with the first phase scheduled for completion by mid-May.
The overall project will take nine months to complete and will add additional exam rooms to the health center and support the organization’s team-based, patient-centered health home model.
“We are very excited about moving forward with this renovation and increasing access to services for our patients,” said Kerry Hydash, FHCN president and CEO.
The health center will remain open during the renovation and continue to offer services during its regular business hours, 7am to 9pm Monday-Friday, and 8am to 5pm Saturday.
