Yet Ward and quiet local good ol boys PERSONALLY hated Benzeevi so went after him… AND ONLY TWO OTHERS… and yet no other Board members concurrenly responsible?…

Very weak and discriminatory DA case from the outset, oppressive and unheard of to defend at 40 felony counts. Clearly Good Ol Boy abusve legally empty overreach as the most significant and majority of charges were dismissed… after first tearing apart Benzeevi’s family and professional life.

Yet locals jump on the hate bandwagon as if Benzeevi, Greene, and Germany were legitimately accused of holding up hospital funding and functioning in fact disrupted by other opposing Board members never also charged.

It was mostly politics. obvious that LOCAL Goid Ol BOYS abused the legal system against Benzeevi. They and DA Ward completely ignored similarly positioned Board members and employees. Why?

NOTICE that many OTHER Tulare County Hospital BOARD MEMBERS involved were NOT CHARGED or indicted, showing the regional Good Ol Boys abusing the law using the FBI to raid Benzeevi’s home (shows how scummy they are) for naught except their hate and attempted public goid opinion. And abused the law having DA Ward used for vindictive political retribution.

This reckless shutdown significantly increased health risks, delaying life-saving treatments and leading to preventable deaths, especially for acute conditions like heart attacks and strokes. The loss of the hospital’s emergency department has left tens of thousands vulnerable, highlighting the tragic, life-threatening consequences of his financial misconduct.

I agree but it’s frustrating when former board members who chose to enrich themselves at the cost of the hospital and the people it serves show up to the Christmas Tree Auction. They are the reason people lost their jobs. They are the reason patient care was allowed to suffer and that hurt people who go to the hospital for help. The audacity and the lack of shame they have being there is probably one of the reasons the hospital foundation has problems recovering.

That’s an excellent point and I also recall the predictions about how Ward would sell out the public on this case. Looks like he did. Hey Valley Voice, did Ward and all the other local elected officials ever give back the money they got from Benzevi? I’m guessing they did not. The public should be reminded of the scoundrels who were all too happy to take apparently stolen monies.
