The administration operates the college like an enterprise in which profits are put before the quality of student success. Many administrators, such as La Serna and Calvin, receive huge stipends and raises. They prefer to pass on the cost to taxpayers and boost programs that justify their raises. The college is a big cash cow for only the top administration. The quality of education is lacking. They are smitten with expansion because they make millions in federal aid and state grants, and don't get me started on their so-called foundation scholarship and donation programs that is pure nepotism. An average student will get disregarded unless you know someone or have camaraderie. This college doesn't care about our kids; in fact, a failing student is more funding in their views. They have little to no help to students since the administration prefers to eradicate programs and reallocate funds for their elaborate conferences and so-called Management trips. Once again, while pitching the costs to taxpayers Cos has an agenda that has never changed.
