They also need to make sure everything is in proper place before a burial. They hadnt locked the wheels at the grave site when they put the casket on and if the guys had let go the casket would have rolled right off. Thanks to Mary from Millers she got on the phone and called them imediately and how did the fix the issue??? They placed a rock in front of the wheels?? Like come one you charge 1000’s of dollars but can not get things in proper order? How embarrassing!

You’re right my friend. There needs to be a complete overhaul in the office and grounds management. It’s unacceptable. My point was that this could have been taken care of immediately and it wasn’t. That’s just unacceptable to me.

It’s common knowledge that no one on that board listens to Aguilar. They don’t want him on that board and that includes you too. It sounds like once again you are taking advantage of a situation to take another shot at him. Your concerns rings hollow.

Everyone in this town knows that NOTHING happens at the cemetery without Trustee Avila’s firsthand knowledge. He is fully aware of how the grounds men are doing their jobs. Even if it was one out of ten gravesites left in this manner it is one too many. The question you should be asking is did the family walk over to the office and confront the manager immediately or if the office was already closed did they contact the manager first thing the next day and at that point what steps did the cemetery take to rectify the situation?

It wouldn’t be okay under any circumstances. Trustee Aguilar should have taken care of the problem immediately. He should have contacted the other Trustees no matter the time of day and it could have been addressed at that time.

My point is that there are better ways to get things done. I’m sick and tired of the way the cemetery looks and the way that things are being handled. I’m just saying there are better ways to address the situation and Aguilar should have done it immediately.

Accountability involving neglect of the Board member’s oversight responsibilities !
Tulare county Board of Supervisors and Tulare. Cemetery Board members can be held personally liable .

But if it was Xavier truck it would be ok. If I recall Xavier knew about the wrong burials and didn’t take it to the board in a timely manner. Xavier use to be at the cemeteries all the time. There are way to many problems going on. I thought District Manger was suppose to make sure everything is done properly.

Just by looking at that photo, cemetery personnel knew they did a p*ss poor job on this burial! It is heartbreaking enough to lose a loved one, but to have these issues at the graveside service is totally unacceptable. For the family to return later and see this gentleman’s gravesite and flowers treated so carelessly makes my stomach turn, so I can only imagine the further heartache this family endured.
