The real question is how would any of you know what’s between another persons legs?

My father is corporate for WinCo and I know in my state he would not let this happen.

The point is that this individual was treated unfairly for more reasons than just gender. Be a kind human being. Why can’t we all just get along man.

First of all Carl is male. I don’t care what he identifies as and neither should WinCo. Carl’s presence in this business created chaos with management, employees, customers and vendors. Doesn’t Winco have a reasonable expectation to have the job performed as described in their job description? Creating chaos in the workplace and misrepresenting your gender on the employment application are not part of that description. The transgender issue is polarizing the people of this country to the point of having authoritive members of society calling for the murder of anyone who does not support it. It’s a fad and supported by the greed of the medical community. And here is what no one seems to believe but they should. We are all the creation of God.. He created man and woman. There are no other genders. If you feel your the other gender, you and your doctor should find out if you have hormonal imbalances, then correct them before you destroy your life now and your life after you pass.

Absolutely agree NOONE should have to share a restroom w/the opposite sex…reality is YOU ARE WHAT YOU WERE BORN AT BIRTH…PERIOD! Altho I can’t stand Winco as most of the employees are very rude the prices aren’t that great & the meat has odd taste to it so I quit shopping there long time ago I think alot of restrictions are put on businesses regarding employees but then again NOONES making employees stay at a job that doesn’t fit their needs. The employee made the choice to identify as another gender why should anyone have to make changes to fit their needs?

SOOO tired of this.. Special treatment should not be given to ANYONE!!! Who cares what your SEXUAL preference is, I or anyone else does not NEED TO KNOW ABOUT IT!! I, being a female employee would feel highly disrespected if I was made to share a bathroom with someone that had a penis!! I don’t care if you identify as a man, women, dog or cat if you have something dangling between your legs YOU DO NOT BELONG IN THE WOMENS BATHROOM!!! So sick of these people suing businesses because they do not cater to their depression, sexual orientation, etc. If you have problems get a WORK FROM HOME JOB and quit trying to make life harder for people who actually have to WORK EVERY FRICKEN DAY REGARDLESS OF LIFES PROBLEMS!!

Seems like she has string evidence if she has dates written down and management didn’t address this. Who asks these questions to employee? Personally after going through a harassment video for El Pollo Loco and the rules you have to follow for trans pronouns I don’t think I can do it. I’m going to call everyone IT NOW OF DAYS!!
