I recently lost one of my little ones and was kind of lost myself. Talking to Ben brought relief but I still was a little concerned hoping he was as kind as he seemed over the phone. It wasn't a time to be dealing with a "cold" person. But he and Mrs. Tiersma were so sweet, kind and understanding about what I was going through that it made leaving my baby with them so much easier. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. They made what was a very hard time for me much easier. Thank you for the nice article on Ben Tiersma.
