Maybe Mathis isn't perfect and I'm a democrat who would never vote for a republican but why would you vote for anybody on the Visalia city council to replace him? Call me old fashioned, but it seems to me that a public official must expect to be judged by a higher standard than others. He has clearly failed this test.
