The bottom line is at least two members misrepresented (politically correct way to say lied) the facts about the loan when they approved it. Kumar, Wilbourn both talked about the line of credit, which it is not. KUMAR blatantly mislead the public when he said that the board would publicly approve the expenditure of said funds. The FACTS show bank
already had instructions to wire funds to Cardinal Pharmacruticals prior to board approval. Could it be Benzoovi keeping information from the board? None can be trusted. On this issue alone Kumar must be recalled.

So usually when a statement is released on behalf of a company/city etc. it is usually signed by the public information officer or the company CEO. But as usual no one wants to put a name to this unprofessional response. I would assume it was wriitten by VP Marketing Kathleen Johnson. If HCCA knew how to run an organization this response should have never gone out let alone with out a representative’s name on it. This is just another reason why they should not be running this facility. They have NO CLUE my it was written by IDDO Benzeevi from Moreno Valley this is their form of bullying

Hey Benzeevi, if Anybody who’s anybody knows that the so called line of credit (loan) to pay on a delinquent account is an acceptable business practice, why was it necessary for you and the Board to lie about its purpose?

Benzeevi, you and your mickey mouse mgmt. company need to leave. You have been exposed. If that includes your friend Dr Kumar, so be it.

Tulare needs a hospital mgmt. team who’s number 1 focus is patient care, SAFE patient care. This is something your group knows nothing about.
