as a former Visalian who who still visits and has family living there I wish Visalia would upgrade the airport.it should have a new bigger terminal and more airlines serving it. Plus, visalia calls itself a family values town so why does Merced and even Atascadero have a zoo but not Visalia? it should have a small petting zoo at Mooney’s grove park. I think thats more important than an aquatics pool. Every high school has a pool and COS has one for people to go too. I know the Fresno Chaffee Zoo is close but alot of people can’t drive or go there.

A friend in Hanford suggested I get in touch about working with the Voice and then I saw this article posted. Then I read this and went cold: "The point in the above story is that this monster is EVERYWHERE, and each and every time one of his victims encounters him, they feel threatened and are forced to relive their horrific experiences all over again." Showed up as her English tutor? That's not a coincidence. Would love to hear more about this on both fronts. Signed a recently unemployed journalist

I believe that Mary was innocent of abusing the Elderly. She’s always been a kind woman who luck has gotten to her with other people lies and gossip. I’ve known Mary since I moved to Tulare as well remember her as respectful to the Elderly. When we would go out shopping. People need to stop talking about her because they don’t know her well enough like me.

I know Ms. Rose, the person who put out the initial Reddit post. What she had to go through was horrific – through the years she kept running into him, but recently she ran into him at a club and he was more menacing than usual, following she and her friend around everywhere they went, just staring her down LOVING watching her be uncomfortable. She was terrified every time she saw him, but this experience really brought it back to the forefront of her mind.

Then, a few months later, Ms. Rose started at COS as an adult student 14 years after graduating high school. She had finally decided that she needed to take control of her life and figure out her path. She did this because she wanted to better her life by obtaining an education.

At first, she was a FANTASTIC student who was doing very well — until guess who pops up as her English tutor about 2 weeks into class?? She actually considered quitting college because of this. Instead she took the first brave step toward regaining her power and spoke with the teacher privately and simply told her she feels threatened by him because of a previous incident they had. She gave no details, but that amazing teacher chose to switch to a completely different tutor for her class, so Ms. Rose, her student, could have an opportunity to learn in a safe and supportive environment. Thanks to this wonderful and supportive teacher, Ms. Rose just completed her first semester at COS! SO PROUD of her!

The point in the above story is that this monster is EVERYWHERE, and each and every time one of his victims encounters him, they feel threatened and are forced to relive their horrific experiences all over again.

I really hope something is done about this. Thank you so much for writing this article – it may help prevent more women from becoming his victim in the future, and THAT, my friend, is the WHOLE point.
