It’s about time these victims are heard. There are so many more. So many female deputies that worked under his leadership that were coerced to send pictures or do sexual favors for him and they got promoted. They were untouchable. Some went along with it but the are all victims too. Every one of them. This man is sick. I’ve personally seen him act inappropriate with juvenile explorers at the Ag Show and the Tulare County fair. Not to mention all the DMs he’s in. I’ve seen those messages too. This ma doesn’t care. He thinks he’s untouchable. If he thinks he has a shot, he will more than take it. He’s a sick man.
