Arts Visalia presents: Arturo Martinez, Tim Clark, and Jamie Meadows

October gets exciting with three new exhibitions at Arts Visalia. The main gallery showcases the vibrant cultural paintings of Arturo Martinez. Martinez explores Mexico’s diverse ethnic and indigenous cultures through a myriad of colors and forms in this eye-catching exhibition. Featured also will be tactile ceramic work by Tim Clark. Clark’s work brings awareness of those who are visually impaired in our community by creating touchable ceramic experiences. Also showing are the abstract oil pastels of Jamie Meadows. Meadows explores creative joy and is inspired by Biblical texts. See all three artists and more this October 1 – 31, 2026. An Opening Reception will take place Friday, October 2, 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm.

Celebrate the loving and creative legacy of Sharon Moran this November 6 – 14. Sharon’s skilled paintings are partnered with selections of her favorite inspirational quotes in this retrospective exhibition curated by her daughters and Valerie Estes of the Visalia Art League. A free Opening Reception will be held on Friday, November 6 from 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm. A presentation on the life and art of Sharon Moran will take place on Saturday, November 7 at 2:00 pm.
