He hurt alot of people, including anyone who needed prompt Emergency Room attention after the closure of TDH. There were other doctors involved. Doctors who are STILL practicing in our community. Yes, it does matter because if these people are not held accountable, another group of predators will come along to take advantage of the "simple" people of Tulare. Praise the Lord! This is justice!
