I am curious to know if anyone has contacted the Porterville Police Department or Porterville City Hall and Schools to obtain information regarding the following: Over the past 10 years, have there been any instances where police were called to businesses or schools in response to incidents involving transgender men, transgender women, or transgender students allegedly spying on or attempting to touch other students? Additionally, have any schools reported incidents of transgender students cheating?

If this information is not already available, I would appreciate guidance on how to formally request such data through the appropriate channels, such as public records requests.

If a man wanted to enter a women's bathroom to do something inappropriate, he would simply do it. He wouldn’t need to go through the lengthy and costly process of transitioning.

Why would a transgender person spend thousands of dollars on hormone replacement therapy (HRT), doctor visits, lab work, and legal fees to change their name and gender on government documents all just to target one student, one child, or one woman in a school or public place? Men who intend to harm others don’t go through such extensive measures for a single opportunity; they act without hesitation.

When you search for stories about transgender individuals committing harmful acts against women or children in public spaces or schools, you’ll find that less than 0.1% of the results come from credible news sources. The majority of such stories around 10% originate from fake websites designed to manipulate readers into believing false narratives.

I have lived in Tulare County for a very long time, and I’ve repeatedly heard from strangers that Porterville, California, is like a "mini Oklahoma Dust Bowl" a place often described as deeply rooted in racism, both in its history and culture. These comments have been shared with me so frequently that they’ve shaped my perception of the area, though I recognize that such generalizations may not capture the full complexity of the community.

Transgender people just wanna live who they are not who they are told to be, Transgender lives do not hurt you in the slightest.

You know it’s a MAGA thing when even though they lost at court, they claim a victory. Porterville will end up losing a ton of money if they implement this nonsense, but that doesn’t worry this Council. After all, it’s not their money, it’s the City’s.
I am particularly bemused that a Council that complains often and loudly that Sacrament oversteps their authority by imposing requirements on local governments would turn around and impose requirements on the local Board of Education’s jurisdiction.
“Do as I say, not as I do.”
