Its clear this has nothing to do with protecting women, women I know aren't concerned with Porterville bathrooms, and are more so concerned with the fact East Porterville has no running water. This point is further proved by the fact he outwardly supports both a child rapist, and a man who has 26 sexual misconduct allegations and has stated "I moved on her like a bitch" in reference to a woman he met.
