I don't even drive everyday but everyday I drive I see someone blow through a red, not yellow, full on red light. I know 3 people who have had their cars totaled by red light runners. What about cameras or more traffic police? Visalia could make a fortune and maybe change this very dangerous behavior before more innocent drivers are out a car or perhaps a life.
