I Agree with all that Object to this. It’s the wrong Place to put a Sam’s Club. I live nearby ….and I’m not in favor of it either……I totally oppose this. The City didn’t do right by Residents on Mid Valley Ave. Find
another Place.

As a blind person and also a senior at least by age, I can tell you that the City of Visalia doesn’t and never has given a tinker’s damn about those populations. I guess we tax payers are just supposed to pay up and shut up!

I think they should build it but scale down the project and be very respectful of the neighbors. They dont need alot of gas pumps or car washes.and orient the buildings away from the trailer park! And, maybe put a big wall and bushes to hide the noise? . .

Sam’s Club is already being a terrible neighbor. I can’t believe the Walmart Corporation is so heartless. If this is how much they care for the elderly community, they don’t deserve our loyalty. I am done shopping at Walmart.

Where else in central California has a massive Costco or Sam’s Club gas station been put in such close proximity to senior housing, or any housing for that matter? Nowhere! There is nothing existing to compare it to. Elsewhere these developments are built much further away from housing.
Why is the City of Visalia the only place to allow an obviously dangerous proximity like this to exist?
They are allowing Westlake Village senior citizens to be guinea pigs!
