I just wish that the center would take homeless people who are trying to stay clean and need to get off the streets. They said it was for the homeless but my son has not been able to get in there because he needs an ID, and someone stoled it from him. We as a community need to help them they are God’s children just like us. So have great it is going to be very cold this winter.

Glad to see this. It will definitely involve a learning curve, so I hope they get the support

George, you seem like a really awful human. Is this the kind of person you wanted to be when you grew up?

I feel sorry for anybody living in that neighborhood! Is the city willing to make up for the loss in surrounding property values? Didn't think so!

This sounds like a blessing for those who choose to participate in the program. I will be watching with great interest to see how it all shakes out. And kudos to Tulare too! It's a big plus for Tulare to be able to watch and see how Visalia handles those many ups and downs that occur when navigating a new program. Learning by trial and error is to be expected.
