The Cemetery Board and staff clearly lack the will to clean up their acts. They continually circle the wagons to try to drive out whoever becomes an "undesirable unwanted person" amongst them. The apparent self-appointed public spokespersons are more often than not rude and offensive. The common denominators in all this forever ongoing crapola is the entire Cemetery Board and our County Board of Supervisor Pete Vander Poel, III. Vander Poel has repeatedly failed to address the utterly undeniable fact of this Board's refusal to stop all their internal gamesmanship and actually provide oversight and good stewardship of our cemetery. Conversation with Catherine was before they called it open again. Prior to going into closed session County Counsel announced that there would be "nothing to report out". However a group sat under the tree in front of office while cl9sed session was going on. When they came out, saw us out there, called us back in. The only action reported out was for item 9.2 - Closed session Pursuant to Government Code 54957(b). I want to apologize for the district staff not wanting to provide you with this information as it is a public record.
