These Keith Fagundes supporters all have this Melo attorney on speed dial!!!! She represented Fagundes for his sexual harassment lawsuit where he cost the county 1 million dollars. She represented Charlie Flores who was Fagundes chief investigator who now has claims against new DA hacker. And now she represents Julie Patrino who used county property and credit cards. They probably have little meetings to dream up excuses. They were all probably living large eating at fine restaurants until Fagundes came crashing down in a ball of fire. The party is over.

Never heard of a Sheriff or any cop finding no evidence of a crime after a search warrant and then bragging about it in a press release and on Facebook “hey we found absolutely nothing we were looking for but we still made an arrest! please like and share!” Sounds like these Keystone cops now have a lawsuit coming soon from this lawyer.

I was maliciously prosecuted by Tulare County D.A. Tim Ward for protecting my 5 year old son from further physical child abuse. I went through a two-day jury trial, and was acquitted on all counts. Had I not protected my son, I would’ve been charged with failing to protect and/or child endangerment, because I was a mandated reporter. Most importantly, not protecting my son was never an option. So, either way TCDA Tim Ward and his minions were going to roll the dice with my freedom, at my son and my emotional expense, and try and get me convicted so it would appear as if Tim Ward was unbiased and heavy handed when it came to punishing police officers, who are also mandated reporters and parents. I was expected to enforce the law, keep the peace, and protect children in our community, but I was denied that very right because I was a police officer. In what twisted world does that make any sense? A corrupted world with people that have their own sad agenda.

Much as I did, Julia got caught in the crosshairs during a county D.A. election time. I had the “pleasure” of enduring malicious prosecution from Tulare Co. D.A. Tim Ward, April 9-10, 2013. There’s an agenda, because timing is no coincidence. People need to stop putting so much faith in elected officials. They will say and do whatever they need, in order to grab that “power.”
