Because of the fact that i had a dog.. and my dog is legal registered service dog who never runs lose and i aM A VERY RESPONSIBLE PET OWNER. I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE.. GOVERNOR MAYBE.
