When can the former employees of Tulare District Hospital expect to be paid the thousands of dollars they are owed? Despite a judgement against Dr. Benzeevi years ago they have yet to receive a penny, while the District Attorney’s office holds more than a million dollars of Dr. Benzeevi’s money. It’s time, Tim Ward, to do the right thing and pay the people who stuck by the patients and stayed until the hospital closed.

The State Bar of California does not care about your complaint. It is more likely than not the attorneys in question are among the protected attorneys who get to use the California judicial system to steal from others and destroy lives for profit. I suggest doing a public records request on these attorneys, too. The more harm an attorney does; the less likely the State Bar gives a shit (they will conceal it, not act on it).
