Thanks for directing us to read the motion. Wow!!!! I had no idea how deep these corruption ran at the DAs. They posted a photo of Beenzevi chained up like Hannibal Lector getting off the plane. Unreal! Thff we n this Assistant DA Slavezos is boot licking his boss and caused more damage for ward by not shutting up. Sounds like he’s a real liability to ward and not too bright making all those comments. All proof these prosecutors think they are untouchable. Wow! That motion has some serious bite!

If you take time to read the 67 attached pages, you would have to agree that Ward and his team should be recuse from this case. Ward is an unethical, power hungry individual that would drown anyone for his own gain. Benzeevi will not get a fair trial because the media over the years had already put him on the cross.

Quote from the motion to recuse: “For reasons that remain unknown, the Tulare District Attorney’s Office brought its Public Information Officer as part of its four-person arrest team to LAX.”
That Public Information Officer is listed as a “Media Specialist II” on the County rolls and costs the taxpayers of Tulare County $90,000 per year to post photos on the D.A.’s social media accounts.

No, that is absolutely not what an elected DA should do. Your flawed reasoning is what perpetuates corrupt district attorneys and infects the DOJ up to Grandpa Biden. Ward needs to be a completely neutral and independent evaluating agency. The fact you think he followed the pressure of outside influences and personal agenda proves the motion filed has merit.
