And no, they do not do the very best to protect our children. The teacher that was abusing my son at school not only was his primary teacher. They have a teacher that goes from class to class to assess the children or whatever child is being bad he has the right to physically restrain our children. These are the people that they are hiring in our schools for our children and that’s supposed to be safe. My son was a five-year-old child and he felt that he had the right to put his hands on my child I don’t even put my hands on my child. What gives anybody else the right to put their hands on my child so no I do not believe that I say unified school district does their very best on Hiring Teachers I honestly think that our superintendent needs to be replaced if this is what’s going to be happening and if they cannot stop these children from hurting other children, then maybe those children that are doing the herding need to be taken out of school and put into their own school they have schools for that they have court schools put them in court school if they cannot keep their hands off of other children or maybe they should send somebody to their house because there’s obviously somethings going on there. Kids are not just born to be violent. They are showing violence school is there for children to learn not to put their hands on other people and act like they are grown adults and have the right to boss anyone around and I think it’s wrong that any teacher or officer is back in there play on this

My five-year-old son was in world in goshen school elementary in the transitional kindergarten class. His first day of school. He came home saying that the teacher had grabbed him by the face and pushed him down. I kept my son home from school went to the school and talk to them, and nothing was done the day my son went back to school. He was hit in the face with a soccer ball by a teacher. My son says it was the same teacher. I do believe that I say unified school district is to blame because when I addressed him about it they brushed it under the table the principal at Goshen school Miss Thomas did nothing about it. I witnessed a teacher. They call him Mr. S I goshen school reach out and push my son my son was also punched in the throat by another student, and nothing was done. This was all done in weeks of my son starting school and his teacher would always blame my son, but my son was the only one with injuries. My son was terrified to go to school, so I do that Visalia unified school district is to blame for children, not being safe in school. If they can’t protect a five-year-old. How are they going to protect a junior high school student? I also made a police report and nothing was done either. What is it gonna take for one of our children to get killed in one of these incidents, then wet, who’s to blame?
