Californians have been living with engineered droughts for decades. But the last two years have been especially dry. Racial equity and climate change have nothing to do with the coming food shortages, water rationing, and power outages. No. The bureaucracies are adhering to the 2030 agenda of the World Economic Forum. Their goal is to reduce the world's population by whatever means possible. Why else would our Water-boarders drain our reservoirs? In 2019, our major reservoirs in California were filled to 80% capacities (or more).
