The Visalia Times Delta and The Foothills Sun Gazette failed to do so or decided to avoid the controversy. Four of them are running as a group. Paul Belt + Crystal Reynolds + Jonelle Murphy + Jesse Perez, all four one way or another drove the controversy against The Source and the Visalia Fox! Then when The Source had to cancel due to threatening language against their event for teenagers and young adults that required ***parental permission*** they tried to act like they were just informing the community and their innuendo and posts had nothing to do with it. Look at their campaign Facebook Pages for all the hits. Also ask Perez about his "We The People Visalia" Instagram account that he took private, the page was full of anti-government + anti-mask + anti-science + anti-LGBT rhetoric that is out of bounds for an average Visalian. How can he or the others say they will work towards the success of every student? Also check "unmaskvusdcandidates" on Instagram for more.
