What a sham! The State Water Resources control board is going to do whatever the governor tells them to do. Just last 2018 when the “Public Comments” and members of the public were in overwhelming opposition to the State’s plan, they voted against the public anyways to force thru the governor’s agenda. We all know the governor is going to try to steel the water. These fake hearings by the water resources control board are all a joke. Public comments? What a sham!
