He had a .65 BAC 5 days post mortem, so it was definitely higher. It was brought to the attention of VPD detective and the DA that he's on probation for a gun charge, nothing has been done. The DA is refusing to press charges because they were told inorder to get the full justice for her son that the situation where the DA went off of a officers statement and try to prosecute her for 2 years and was forced to drop the case, as well as the lie by the officer as well as the threats by the officers will have to come out with 50lbs of proof to back these accusations up. And, people do nothing and throw felonies against them and act like their John Dillinger and they go to jail and lose there jobs. Go have a talk with that woman who said that sheriffs Sgt harassed her.
