So if the problem is maintenance then we need to look at who we are hiring and who is leading the charge, because if you are not supervising the days work you are not doing your job. Everyday I go to work I look where we need to be for that day and let my folks know what we need done that day. I will follow up and the end of the day and if it does not meet the standard I require for what i was hired for the obviously you did not hire correctly.
