Nice story. Too bad it's coming from a person who is a master manipulator and uses people and the system for her own personal gain. I feel sorry for her child who is truly not disabled as she reports. So is Farrah married, not married, absent father? Depends on which govt agency she is reporting to. Is her child in a private school without any special ed services or a public school with an IEP? Depends on which govt program she is reporting to; IHSS, CVRC, SSI. Medical. What is her true name of her numerous aliases? Look her up;

My baby girl just started a tulare county school, she has spastic quadriplegic CP and can not sit nor walk, she is non verbal. Teacher and staff were aware that my childs wheelchair was stollen CCS a program that is state n federal funded to help disabled child get equipment that is medically needed are the ones who will not help, its been worse dince they came into the picture. The school did not help ir prepare any means of transportation nor was classroom set up with appropriate equipment for my child. She needs alternative seating as she is unable to shift her own weight. The teacher n staff never gave me address to the school until i had to call n call a week before . I recieved school address 15 minutes begore. I was already not happy n afraid to leave my non verbal baby at that school on robin ave in visalia. Also the nurse tokd me during the day that they were giving her milk , when i told her she is lactose. I do not want my child in that classroom as i had prepared her to see lots of kids. N make friends. The reason school staff kept on me about putting her in school was so she cannbe around other kids. My baby was disappointed n scared when she only saw one little boy who was in classroom. I told teacher she loves to write n ill be waiting to see my baby trace her name , my baby was excited when i tokd her n nothing was shown to me of her doing anything. Except a teacher daily report saying that my child was happy and smiling all day. My child smiles everyday even when she is in severe pain so that meant nothing to me. Please help i want to move her out or kerp her home

Farrah, you most certainly must love wasting tax payers’ money. And exploiting your son. Look into her past, guys.
Farrah, look at yourself in the mirror and reevaluate where your energy should be spent. Very unGodly

What if the district is doing a good job and a parent just wants private school tuition paid for? Not saying she is doing that but some parents claim things to push for things they can’t afford. Stealing taxpayers’ money. Again, not saying she is doing that, but it’s a question

Our granddaughter lives in San Bernardino County in California. She is 11yrs old and has Autism and many other elements. She has eloped from her special ed's school on Many occasions and now the school principal is telling the child and parents that the parents can be arrested if she continues eloping. My question here is who is Legally Responsible for our granddaughter once she is on school campus and can her Parents be held Responsible and Arrested for her elopement? Thanks in advance.

I don’t know if these parents will prevail but regardless of the outcome it never hurts a community to delve into the weeds and actually see how school classrooms are normally operating on a daily basis. This case will be decided in the courts based on the merits one way or the other as it should be. In the meantime I feel that teachers who work with Spec Ed students, no matter the grade level, might want to do a personal review inside their own classrooms to see if they are making the grade in educational delivery to their students no matter what their learning curve is, which I might add is highly challenging to say the least because of classroom sizes, having an aide who may or may not have special training in working with Spec Ed students and one highly overworked underpaid teacher who may or may not have proper training to be working specifically with Spec Ed students, who come with different levels of emotional and physical needs. And let’s not forget the other students in the class as well. They too bring their own baggage and issues into classrooms as well; not every student has an easy time learning. The ratio of one teacher and one aide inside a classroom being pulled in so many different directions is not easy (especially when it comes to class size numbers) and I will bet my bottom dollar that there are days when there is not much learning being accomplished for some students no matter their learning curve.
