Sadly, these are both complex issues. As a disabled person myself I can say that Tulare County really does try to ignore its disabled. Part of the reason this family went out of town is because most of the local attorneys here have had little or no experience with disability law and so would be hesitant to take this on.

Based on this article, we clearly have a child with significant issues coupled with a district administration that has no clue about addressing the need. Now to the vaccination issue. First, let’s look at the reality that percentage wise, Covid has killed a wapping one half of one percent of the world population. In the us, the death rate is less than one half of one percent. For this we are requiring people to accept a vaccination which in and of itself has caused illness and death. Also, a statistically significant number of covid hospitalizations are fully vaccinated. Wearing a seatbelt is not a fair comparison as seatbelts do not modify one’s genetic makeup.

I would like to speak personally to the attorney handling this Case regarding the Student with disabilities because I have similarities with the schools decisions on handling children with disabilities FAPE (a free appropriate public education). I have more than one child with a disability that was ignored within Tulare County. Infact 2 kids were under contract with Seq Yth Svcs Tulare County Mental Health but denied IEP and/or 504 plan services in 2019. WUSD has not resolved these issues yet. Please contact me by email. God gave this woman freewill which she freely used in making her decision not to be vaccinated knowing full well what the consequences would be. This lawsuit is a greedy attempt to cash in on what she hopes to be a goldmine.

STILL think this is about health eh? People, THINK ABOUT THIS.
WHY WHY would the GOVT. have to FORCE AND DEMAND AND THREATEN the communities to place this inoculation into the citizens? And WHY are not YOU the citizens not paying attention to the drastic death toll…you know, the ones presented by data researchers? Death toll shows that vaxd and multivaxed are the dominant figure. Go figure..

I can’t imagine a federal judge siding with JM family. I don’t think it’s appropriate during time of Covid when no child was getting special treatment. Don’t know what these children will do when they don’t have their parents. School isn’t going to help these individuals. As for the vaccine policy I’m pretty sure the first amendment will win. It already was used in a supreme court case against California. Pretty sure the vaccine policy by the California mentions religious exemptions
