Those voters who refused to acknowledge Ms. Gutierrez as a legitimate member of the board most likely would have been friends and supporters of anyone of these once infamous TLHD board members. Question: Why didn't Wilbourn and Torrez recognize Ms. Gutierrez as being a board member and overrule Green's obvious underhanded tactic of obstructing the meeting? It’s absurd to claim recognizing her board seat needed to be on the agenda . Agenda items are for discussions and or action items. There is no discussion or action to recognize a new board member so it does not need to be on the agenda. Greene flat out lied to Wibourn . Mr Greene there is no board certification in order for a rightfully elected and sworn in board member to take their seat . All that newly elected and sworn in board member has to do is show up . The board had to recognize her . Senovia did just that . Mike Jamaica walking out did not cause anything and blaming Lampe is just another dirty tactic. Mr Watkins if you are blaming Lampe then why didn’t Bruce Greene recognize Senovia sitting at the dais constituted the 3 board members needed to have a quorum ? Wilbourn , Torrez and Senovia Gutierrez adds up to 3 . Some one needs to ask this question to the judge! It wasn’t Lampe who determined there was no quorum. It was Bruce Greene and he completely violated the law his duty and the voters for not recognizing who they elected.
