Fagundes just needs to admit he is Gay and join the LGBTQ community. Fagundes sent Waggled kissy faces and told him he loved Waggle. 5000 emails sent to Waggle by Fagundes with sexually explicit statements and expressions of affection. Worst, Fagundes was cheating on his wife by trying to hook up with Waggles. Numerous people have indicated they knew Fagundes was Gay.

YES and those with deep pockets hire attorneys to hide their secrets! Fagundes is a elected DA. The law does state the county does have to pay for his legal fees. Just like Waggle is an employee of the county! You sure the employer not your supervisor! Any reasonable person knows this. Just like the guy who won a 137 million lawsuit from Tesla of racial discrimination! PEDERSEN IS WRONG! ITS STATES DIRECTLY IN THE LETTER FROM THE COUNCIL HE SHOULD VACATE HIS OFFICE! SO A BOARD WITH NO LEGAL EXPERTISE OR LEGAL EDUCATION GETS TO DECIDE IF AN DISTRICT ATTORNEY GETS TO STAY IN DA OFFICE! THE LAW IS CLEAR ONLY ATTORNEY GENERAL CAN REMOVE A DISTRICT ATTORNEY! THIS IS A CIVIL LAWSUIT, NOT A CRIMINAL CASE! LET THE DA WORK FOR THE KINGS COUNTY CITIZENS! ATTORNEYS ARE SCUM OF THE EARTH!!
