There is so much water wast from over watering, leaking sprinker heads and lines. There Graves caving in because of the standing water. There is trash in side the Cemetery and out side of the Cemetery. The same trash is there for 3 to 4 days or more. They finly put some tape around the Graves that were sunken in after 3 days, I took a pic..I see the ground keepers riding around on there green carts, as if they had a lot to do. The fence that parallels Blackstone need to be replaced and tire and strash needs to be cleaned. The excess water has no place to drain properly, should drain into the gutter on Blackstone. These are easy to fix items. In my opinion the Supervisor of the Tulare Cemetery should be replaced. The ground keepers need to do more walking than riding in there carts.
