I comprehend that you are a naysayer and COVID denier who could care less of the harm you are spreading around. I don’t know where you get your information from (probably FOX Info News) but I listen to CDC scientists/reserchers who have been working on COVID. You have more concerned in getting Newsom recalled than getting these COVID numbers down. I am more interested in getting these COVID numbers down and if that means following the CDC Guidelines then so be it. You and your kind are a clear and present danger to society with your ignorance of this pandemic. BTW wearing the masks not only help decrease the spread of COVID but by wearing the masks, more social distancing and more handwashing have decreased the influenza numbers this flu season greatly as well. But you won’t believe that either will you Brenda.

You might want to spend some time doing some research as you don’t seem to comprehend the fact that the test results are not dependable and that covid wouldn’t even have qualified as a pandemic ten years ago under the old requirements.

These are not laws enacted by the representatives of the people. These are mandates by a self-serving governor and are not based on science.

Do you have any proof that masks work? Because I can cite numerous sources that show that they do not, and in fact, can cause harm.

Its been a long year and I see no let up in the foreseeable future with so many not adhering to CDC Guidelines (I hope I’m wrong but fear that I am not). Cities where people do respect the guidelines have much lower COVID numbers and can enjoy living in a more open environment. COVID is here to stay but hopefully in time it will be under better control, especially once people are receiving their routine annual immunization shots….. like we do with the flu. Get vaccinated and for God sake continue to wear masks until it is safe enough to not have to wear one.

Barbara, it has been one year!!! Tell that to the children whom have lost the last 1 year of education, social development, competition. California is doing itself a disservice and it’s ramifications will be felt for years. I live part-time in another state, operate essential businesses in each. There is a huge discrepancies between how the two states are functioning. Do some research. Better yet, just look at Immanuel High School in Reedley and their successes. They have and continue to conduct in-class education, while Tulare and Visalia try to figure out what the next move on Zoom will be. Who is losing at because all of this…the children!! It is asinine. All these issues fall directly on the governor, ca legislature, and health officials. Stay home and hermitize yourself if that is your wish. That is not mine, I will take my chances with staying out of the 10th percentile.

Sadly this has become typical Tulare County mentality. There was a time when people acted more responsible and actually cared about the health and well being of others. That is no longer the norm. So many people come across as saying I’ve got to live my life and to hell with yours, just stay out of my way!
