Richard Aguilar has worked on several of my cars as well. Good work, great customer services and fair price for his work. It’s too bad “big brother is picking on the little guy”. I hope this issue is resolved and he can continue to keep his business open. Sometime the Community Development Dept. forgets the the title of its name. “COMMUNITY”.
