It saddens me to say it is also part of the horrible culture within the Tulare County Sherrif's department and most Sherrif's Dept.'s nation wide. There has always been a culture that exists, that reeks of laziness, incompetence, unprofessionalism, racism and unaccountability. The unaccountability and lack of sound, strong judgement and leadership is what keeps this culture within the TC Sherrif's Dept.'s going strong. Gees, not too long ago you had Sheriff Boudreaux rambling on, on his very own social media account about not responding to community police calls for not supporting police. As if protesting police brutality and being in defense of black/ brown lives is somehow a crime and means you hate cops. Way to lead by example! My collegues son quit the TC Sherrif's Dept. because, he could not stand working among a bunch of racist, ass#$&*! as he put it. No matter how much of a good guy/cop he was, he was outnumbered and if their own leader in command is the very same way it was always going to be this way. Too bad. Just noticed none of the Trump supporters/commentators had no words or concern for this article. Sounds about right though. Unfortunately for the brown and black community this is, “our normal”. That God nobody got hurt. The officers that laughed at the couple because "oops" we made a mistake should be kicked out of law enforcement! I was getting in my car and the swat team put me down and I kept on telling them that I had a bad back I was still forced to get on my hands and knees.
