Staff is who work the cases and perform the day to day functions of the department yet, managers at DCSS come in multiples for one area. Cut program managers who tend to delicate most of their work to team supervisors. I think the most cost effective way to solve the short fall is to start with managers. How many of these pan handlers are farmers who receive subsidies on top of their Supervior salaries? It’s long over due to make these positions Term! These people live high off the Hog, and they don’t care much for what anyone below them gets. How many are republicans? That will tell you a lot about who and what they are. Time to make positive changes in this valley, it doesn’t always have to cater to “The good ole boys”!
