These kids struggle with substance use. Many have broken homes and many other stressors in their life. Westcare is there outlet for positivity for these youth. It keeps them off the streets, gives them life skills so they can be successful. How dare they lie and bribe for there own agenda. If it passes you will have cannabis users try and solicite the youth right across the street. It's a slap in the face, its sending these youth a negative message. Just image if it's your child!
