This makes it much like cigarettes or beer (from a regulation standopint), and I don't see much reason for any differences in local zoning. My main concern is that illegal growers get stopped from producing in the national forest areas, and it is not clear to me that activity of diversion of streams and illegal ag chemical use has stopped. I would like to see a bump in enforcement in the forest areas until such time as the legal sales channel become the preferred way to grow.
