I have spent many days playing with my kids on the playgrounds, having birthday parties under the arbors, running through the park in various races, and playing disc golf with friends. I would like to see the park flourish and would like very much to be a part of that, but it's been made clear that this is less about the park and more of a personal vendetta between you and this Neil guy. I wish your organization the best, and I would ask that you stop messaging and harassing me over this misunderstanding. The concession stand, the boats, the wonderful carousel and other rides. It would be wonderful to see all this come back. The older organization has a revoked status with the IRS, CA FTB, and CA Attorney General, while the new one appears to not be registered with either of the later two, but does appear to have the IRS determination. Hopefully you can understand my concern when I went to search for this organization and found all the information for an entity with a very similar name that had been revoked exempt status several years ago.
