The censure was not rescinded. The council voted to lift one condition of the censure - that she was not allowed to represent the city on any boards or commissions. The rest of the censure, including the opinion that the conduct which precipitated her censure was not in keeping with the city’s code of conduct, still stands. To this day, she has not been able to apologize or admit any fault. That characteristic will prove to be her downfall as the criminal case moves forward. This article is inaccurate.
