As a developer myself, I would hope I could have my own personal inspector on my projects funded by the city’s general fund all because I can’t help myself from bullying and verbally abusing city staff. This is what is occurring people. The City paying for a contract inspector to inspect Nunley’s projects. It would benefit me as well to not pay my fees. But as an honest business person and respectable developer I pay ALL my fees. The abuse of power allowed to a council member is ridiculous. The city has a number of well-respected, intelligent and loyal employees who are looking to leave because of the constant bullying and degrading by Nunley. My only wish was that I lived in Tulare and in District 5. I would take those folks up on the signs that say RECALL NUNLEY.
