Who would cut grapes for 4 cent atray instead of paying us 12 cent atray cheap labor has caught up bankrupt welfare system cause farmers didn't want to pay us americans then said we wouldn't work looks like too me those low wage workers have made it pretty good sagala is mayor i hope mr sagala the best cause theres been a black out in this county aka you have nothing coming ill move on too a county whare all races of people can be excepted and represented fairly this is no longer the tulare i grew up in or know . My wish for the three of you is to work closely together toward the betterment of Tulare. My wish for Mr. Jones and Mr. Nunley is to listen and learn and begin working with the grownups on the council as the both of you need to be educated on what public service is “supposed” to be about……….STOP with the “ask NOT what I can do for my city but DO ask what my city can do for me” behaviors. Time will tell how successful the new members will be as council members but this city already knows just how unsuccessful the two of you have been. Both of you are sorely lacking in the leadership qualities that this city needs. Time will also take care of that problem when or IF either one of you are in a position to run again. In the meantime hopefully with the three “amigos” :) working together this city will finally have a fighting chance to actually move forward. Congratulations Mr. Sigala, Mrs. Sayre, and Mr. Mederos. Reduce top heavy management positions that do not do the work but rather stay in office all day. The employees of the city have been abandoned by management and their union. Bill Shawhand only collects dues and refuses to represent or address issues from his paying members. The HR director is the opposite of what Human Resources should be. Total lack of respect for employees with negative remarks shared to her staff. I ask you to help the city become a great community based employer. I voted for you as assemblyman cause I’m hopeful you can be a great mayor. Congrats Mr Sigala
