They had filed <a href="https://bak.ourvalleyvoice.com/2018/01/08/tulare-hospital-sues-hcca-claiming-3m-leaseback-executed-without-permission/">the original suit</a> back in January -- an adversary proceeding in the bankruptcy court -- but this paperwork on 7/2 is another way to try to expedite just the issue of the deed. But looking at court papers attached here, it says paperwork filed 7/2/18.
