It was going to close one way or another it was obvious the hospital was being set up to fail it was already in financial peril when Dr B and Kumar stuck their sticky fingers into Lone Pine, how did that make any $$ sense? How was that allowed to happen... at least Bell,Wiborn ,Kumar and Torres can afford to move out of tulare when it becomes the cesspool it’s becoming with a ineffective city counsel that somehow doesn’t think a Hospital is important ..... and Ag for that matter.....
