What are you talking about? There was an opening for the board for a while when Vicki sent her application in. And there was the normal waiting time when Alberto applied. That makes no sense what you said.

That Caring Cause Facebook page is full of hate from nothing but keyboard warriors! It’s a place where disgruntled employees can complain about being fired and get sympathy from this hate filled group. There were 2 open seats on the board for a while and nobody applied! They all want change over night but don’t want to help. When you send a group in to do as much cleanup as this board has, there is going to be haters by the ones who weren’t doing their job! Give it time and I’m sure the cemetery will be looking great again.

They should have been removed. Employment issues in California have avenues for recourse. California is an At Will State. This board has came into a mess and by leaving those comments you are encouraging a further employment issue.

I didn’t watch the meeting and I have since left the page. What the board needs is to hire a qualified, professional manager and then they need to get out of the way and let them do their job. The page does not seem supportive of progress but more of a sounding board for Christine’s issues.

Alberto may seem harsh in his communications but he has a heart of gold and is diligent in looking at facts.

I hope Alberto doesn’t resign. The lady Elaine who start the Caring Cause website is nice, but she doesn’t even live in Tulare most of the time, just like Mr Deal who is on the board. Mr Aguilar knows what he is doing, I have worked with him on other committees. He isn’t afraid to take the bull by the horns. Everyone talks crap on that facebook page about Mr Aguilar, but none of them are willing to get on the board.

I’d like to correct a statement in the article. In defense of Mrs. Gilson she never threatened to sue for libel, however, at her request to have Christine Silva’s comments removed from the Caring Cause site I did so. As stated at the Board Meeting no future comments will be removed unless deemed inappropriate.
