She struck my friend and me while we were cycling down the hill , Killing my friend instantly , nothing happened to this girl , a slap on the wrist , Do you know Steven and I were drug tested she was not , my mother is still upset over that .. this girl took a life and damaged another forever and nothing happened .. Private investigator showed she had been out till 2 am drinking hard alchol .. these youth are getting missed big time ..
