If Ms Miller is in a position that has access to information and equipment, and her Husband is a Board Member, this presents a conflict of intereat. Mr. Miller is in a position of authority and has the ability to hire and fire with the rest of the Board. Therefore, you have a conflict because you have family working and conflict to conduct business/HR issues are present. It would seem that this is where an investigation by the State since this is a district should take place to determine if there are laws/policies in place for this type of conflict. Here is something that people should look at.
