This new board is a joke, they were against the last bond and now they are talking about a new one!!!! Are they out of their mind??? If that is the case this is just the beginning of a huge problem and they must GO!!!! This was a set up from day one, they don’t have what it takes to make it!!

EH so with your logic you can only use a hospital that you pay taxes toward? I would assume then you would not be able in good conscience use a Stanford, UCLA or UCSF that very much limits your choices if heaven forbid you have a issue that is above KDH paygrade. And for your information There are numerous citizens who bypass KDH for their care and use Fresno physicians and hospitals because they have no faith in your Visalia doctors or hospital, so before you knock Tulare look in your own backyard.

Not really a stupid comment. Back in July at the Board meeting funding was ready with a loan, now after the hospital is closed and people lost their jobs, the new Board is talking of a loan. Didn’t get the bond passed, new Board is now talking about a new bond measure. made a big deal about accepting applications, no date set to re-open, probably just to pacify the community to show something is in the works. How much is the District paying this management group? Where is the contract? Thought this group was about transparency. In the middle of flu season hospital is shuttered but efforts about green ribbons?? Please.. Tulare you have been duped again and again. When will you ever learn? You people can’t seem to work with anyone, hospital management, city council, mayor, police chief, cemetery board. This whole hospital thing was about two doctors who hated each other and look where you are and the rest of us who use KDH and pay taxes have to suffer because of your inabilities to manage your own sh$&.

Have you been to board meetings? The hospital was already there, nothing the new board did. Why wasn’t HCCA paying the bills? Do you have any idea how many were unpaid? This is a foolish statement
