Visalia isn't perfect and the county board of sups either. As a person who was born in Visalia and lives there part-time now The town has gone to pot in the last 40yrs. gangs, drugs and thieves etc etc Infighting is good for a city, Tulare has had new councilmembers and Visalia has had the same for like 20yrs! Nunley is your garden variety opportunist, always going in whichever direction the wind is blowing so he might appear to be competent and in the know of whatever the subject matter is and Macedo just needs to get on with his life as he has been onboard way too long and doesn't have any new ideas to bring to the council table. It is obvious that this is just a pit-stop for Sigala as he has a bigger fish he wants to fry....too bad because he is the one council member who actually has some new and valid ideas that could actually help this community. The best one can say overall is at least this council keeps everyone in this town somewhat entertained with all their infighting.
